What do you Provide?
– General contractors license or ICC certified Inspector (construction experience)
– Clean cut, well spoken and loves working with the public
– Willingness to learn (continuing education is required)
– iPad
– Ability to walk at least 4 miles a day, crawl under houses, crawl into attics and walk on roofs
– Available up to 5 days a week including Saturday
– Reporting Software by Spectacular
– Necessary tools
– *F.I.R.E. or comparable fireplace certification ( we allow this cert to be obtained within a year)
